INTERNSHIPS

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

PERSONAL SHOPPER

GRAPHIC DESIGN/MARKETING

Inventory Management Interns assist with accepting donations, and inventory processing. May be asked to assist staff with overseeing and training new volunteers in inventory processing.
Help clients to look and feel their best before their interview, networking event or new job. Responsibilities include: following intake procedures, guiding and advising clients on selecting a professional outfit and signing up for career development classes.
Produce content for e-blasts, printed event materials and social media posts. Specific tasks dependent upon skillset and familiarity with design programs.

EVENTS

ADMINISTRATIVE

DATA ENTRY/IT

Provide event planning and fundraising support. Contact vendors, produce event materials, and coordinate with staff and volunteers to complete assignments.
Assist with filing, updating documents, and identifying outdated information in current manuals.
Provide support for the Database Administrator through data entry tasks and tracking volunteer hours. Should be familiar with basic Excel commands, and formating.
